In the bad old days, if you had MS or another heat-sensitive disability, you had to either sit inside an airconditioned space or wear a cooling vest. But today breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics are readily available. Brands like Columbia, UnderArmour and Patagonia still have the best offerings for tops and bottoms, but even Hanes now offers cooling T-shirts, underwear and socks.
