Ease Seating Systems has introduced the Ease Cushion, an alternating air pressure cushion designed to reduce the risk of pressure sores.

The Ease Cushion combines a foam base and air cells with an electronic air pump that redistributes pressure throughout the cushion. The Ease Cushion continually changes pressure levels in one-minute cycles to help increase blood flow. Users can further customize firmness levels and cycle speeds with the included smart phone app. The app also allows users to get real-time data on their settings as well as analysis of their usage patterns.

The Ease Cushion offers 12 hours of battery life and includes a USB-C charger for rapid charging. An optional battery pack is available that adds up to 50 hours of usage. A waterproof cushion cover is also included.

The Ease Cushion has a weight capacity of 350 pounds and is available in three sizes: 16 by 16 by 3 inches, 18 by 18 by 3 inches, and 20 by 20 by 3 inches. It retails for $649, though it’s often on sale for significantly less. For more information, visit Ease Seating Systems.
