Permobil Releases Mid-Wheel-Drive Standing Power Wheelchair

Permobil M Corpus power wheelchair product photo, with seating base elevated into standing position.

The newest power wheelchair from Permobil combines vertical standing functionality with the maneuverability of a mid-wheel-drive base.

The M Corpus VS allows you to create programmable standing sequences and has an adjustable chest support and power articulating footrests. The M Corpus VS also features a new knee support designed to be easier to use by those with limited hand function and a customizable fitting system. For those looking for a smooth ride, the M Corpus VS comes with Permobil’s new DualLink suspension system that includes adjustable, oil-dampened shock absorbers.

The M Corpus VS is compatible with accessories that are found on other Corpus and Corpus VS seating systems. Users can choose from Corpus Ergo cushions and BodiLink support accessories designed for the Corpus systems. You can monitor the chair’s settings and performance through the MyPermobil App and clinicians and equipment providers can set up and adjust the wheelchair with the QuickConfig App.

The M Corpus VS has a top speed of 6 mph and a maximum range of 20 miles. The M Corpus VS allows for seat widths of 17-to-23 inches, seat depths of 14-to-22 inches and a maximum user weight of 265 pounds. For more information, please visit Permobil or contact your local DME provider.

Are these straight up advertisements? Because it seems like nothing is ever actually reviewed. All it is is just the copy that you get from the marketing team of permobile..
