I think it is excellent that we are able to be joking about our impairment. It is one of the best ways to breakdown the psychological barriers between ourselves and our surrounding society, because many persons are not aware of how it is to be living with an impairment and therefore are confused in how to approach persons with an impairment like spinal-cord injury. Thank you for being funny.

My middle school daughter loves this. She tells a lot of different stories about why she uses a chair – always keep them guessing!!
